We are searching for the right candidate who can not only be part of our tremendous growth, but also be a key player in making that growth happen. If you have extensive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the food services industry, you may be the one we are searching for. Our growth over the past several years,resulting in the addition of four (4) new properties, has resulted in the creation of this position which we consider critical to our continued success.

The selected individual will be primarily responsible for:


* Sourcing, interviewing, screening and qualifying candidates for management-level positions throughout our organization


* Development and administration of all on-boarding and orientation processes


* Working closely with our management team in developing and trackingemployee training initiatives, skills assessment, and compliance training.


* Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, legal compliance, and management support to insure all employees remain committed to our stated mission of maintaining a highly professional and respectful workplace.



Minimum qualifications include:


3 or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience of professional/management level candidates; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; a strong work ethic; ability to interface with all levels of employees; HS diploma, Bachelor degree preferred.
